RETURN POLICY
The present Return Policy, including the terms and conditions for exercising guarantees and the right of withdrawal.
The Buyer may be required to return ordered products in order to:
• exercise the right of withdrawal,
• request an exchange,
• return one or more damaged, defective or incorrect items.
The procedures applicable to these returns are described below.
In all cases, customers are reminded that all products sold by MAË PARIS include an identification label with a disposable seal, which forms an integral part of the product. Products must be tried on without removing the label or seal. Any product returned without its label and seal will not be accepted.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from the day following receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalties.
If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended to the next business day.
Refund Method – Store Credit Only
In accordance with MAË PARIS commercial policy, all refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credit.
This store credit:
• is valid for twelve (12) months from its date of issuance,
• is non-refundable,
• is non-exchangeable for cash or bank refund,
• may be used on all products available on www.mae-paris.com.
Return Shipping Costs :
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are strongly advised to use a shipping service with tracking information, as MAË PARIS cannot be held liable for any loss of returned items without proof of delivery.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal :
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify MAË PARIS within the fourteen (14) day period by means of a clear and unequivocal statement, either by:
• sending the withdrawal form, or
• any other explicit written statement expressing the decision to withdraw from the sales contract,
sent to the Seller at the address indicated below.

The Seller will confirm receipt of the withdrawal request and verify its conformity.
If the withdrawal request is validated and all return conditions are met, MAË PARIS will issue a store credit corresponding to the value of the returned product(s), in accordance with the conditions set out in this Return Policy.
Returned products must be shipped without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days following confirmation by email that the withdrawal request has been taken into account, at the customer’s expense and using an appropriate delivery method, to the following address:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or to sealed items that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Conditions for Valid Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is deemed validly exercised only if all of the following conditions are met:
• the withdrawal request is made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products,
• the products have not been used, worn or washed,
• the identification label and disposable seal are intact and attached,
• the products are returned in their original packaging,
• the products are handed to the carrier within fourteen (14) days after confirmation by the Seller,
• the products are not damaged.
Upon receipt and inspection, MAË PARIS will issue a store credit corresponding to the value of the accepted returned products only.
Original delivery charges are not included.
2. ITEMS RETURNED AS DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT
Without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws, if a product is returned due to an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, the customer must notify MAË PARIS via the Returns Form or by contacting Customer Services.
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
Depending on the situation and at the sole discretion of MAË PARIS, one of the following solutions may be offered:
• replacement of the product (subject to availability),
• repair, where applicable,
• issuance of a store credit corresponding to the value of the product.
If no defect is found, the customer may request reshipment at their own expense. If reshipment is refused, MAË PARIS reserves the right to retain the product without issuing any store credit.
3. RETURN PROCEDURES
3.1 Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
The customer remains responsible for the products during transport.
3.2 Condition of Returned Products
Products must be returned unused, unaltered, complete and in resalable condition.
Returns will be refused if products show signs of wear, use, damage or incompleteness.
If refused, products may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If refused, MAË PARIS may retain the products without issuing any store credit.
4. STORE CREDIT ISSUANCE
Once the return is accepted, a store credit only will be issued.
This store credit:
• is valid for twelve (12) months,
• is non-refundable,
• is non-exchangeable for cash or bank refund,
• is not linked to the original payment method.
