1. DELIVERY ZONE

MAË PARIS items are delivered worldwide. The shipping of the articles will occur after the complete payment of the ordered articles.

2. DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

MAË PARIS allows you to choose between the following delivery methods:

• Standard delivery

Delivery times for orders placed online depend on the availability of products and your location:

• Standard France : 2 to 4 working days
• Standard Europe : 2 to 8 working days
• Standard International: 2 to 8 business days

For all these delivery methods, MAË PARIS will inform you by e-mail of the progress of your order. You can also follow the progress of your order in the "My Orders" section of your online Customer Account at www.mae-paris.com.

3. DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs for orders placed online depend on the delivery method chosen and your location.

4. COLLECTION OF ORDERS

MAË PARIS allows you to pick up your ordered items directly in its showroom located in Paris. To do so, select the delivery method "Pick up" at the time of payment and choose the "Showroom MAË PARIS" pick up location. You will be informed by e-mail of the progress of your order and its availability for pick up. You can also follow the progress of your order in the "My Orders" section of your online Customer Account on www.mae-paris.com.
